Agnieszka was very responsive and the bag came with absolutely no delay! Excellent customer service and I love my new bag. (One caveat - the bag has no structure inside and no bottom so it is a bit on the slouchy side, it won’t stand up as pictured unless it’s full) if you don’t mind this, it’s a beautiful bag! Great craftsmanship, gorgeous colours and I get compliments whenever I use it.

Sehr schöne Tasche, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr schön verarbeitet. Der Versand ging schnell. Unerfreulich waren die Zollgebühren, die noch zu entrichten waren.
